In his long wrestling career, Shane has had some bumps that most wrestlers would flinch at. His apparent lack of a sense of self-preservation has made him a wrestler that fans watch with bated breath every time he steps into the ring.
However, that's a reputation that he has had to earn.
One of the moments that has gone down in history for Shane McMahon is his free-fall dive on top of The Big Show from the metal fixtures next to the entrance stage.
At Backlash 2001, he faced The Big Show in a Last Man Standing Match. The match saw Test interfere and run in to attack the 7-foot-tall superstar with a big boot. Shae then climbed up the stage structure and hit the Leap of Faith from the high scaffolding.
Shane would get up thanks to Test, who helped him up with a camera, to win the match. This dive remains one of the most unbelievable moments of WWE history, which proves anything can happen at Backlash.
