#3 Johnny Gargano
Back before WrestleMania of this year, Johnny Gargano made his main roster debut, but an unfortunate injury to Tomasso Ciampa derailed those plans, and he went back to NXT with great success. After losing his NXT Championship to Adam Cole, it's clear that Johnny Wrestling's time down in NXT is coming to an end, and it's likely he'll be on RAW or SmackDown by the end of 2019.
As a smaller performer, the odds will always be stacked against Gargano, but given what a great wrestler and storyteller he is, he could be used incredibly well on the main roster. His journey in NXT has been 4 years long, and he's had the NXT Universe behind him the entire time, and if management on the main roster takes the time to build him up, he could have a Daniel Bryan-esque rise to the top of the WWE mountain.
