#1 Pete Dunne

Pete Dunne came into WWE back in 2017 with the first WWE UK Tournament, and ever since that point, he's been ready for the biggest spotlight WWE has to offer. He carried the UK Championship for over 600 days, and since that reign came to an end, he hasn't been doing too much in WWE's newest brand. With so many new opponents on RAW or Smackdown Live, it's just the best time for Pete to look to move up on the WWE food chain.
While a move to NXT makes perfect sense for the Bruiserweight, it's clear that he's too good to be in developmental anymore, and with his combination of character work and in-ring skill, he'd be the main event star in no time. Whether he makes his main roster debut alone or alongside British Strong Style, Dunne is one of WWE's brightest young stars, and given all of the talent and hard work The Bruiserweight has put in, it's time he gets the reward he deserves.
