Women's Tag Team Championships would be the next big step for WWE

There are more women on the current WWE roster than ever before, which means that now would be the perfect time for the company to unveil Women's Tag Team Championships.

Afterall, all of the women on the roster can't compete for one Championship forever, there needs to be an alternative option for the women who aren't part of the main title picture. With The Riott Squad, Absolution and even The Iconic Duo all showing that they can be part of stables in WWE, it seems that Tag Team Championship are the only real option right now.

TNA once had Women's Tag Team Championship and current NXT star Eric Young is a former Champion, they didn't last long before they were retired, but WWE have more women than Impact Wrestling had at that time and could really make them a prize for the women over the next year.

There could even be a tournament for the titles over the next few months to establish who the best stable is, pitting all three main stables from each brand. It would also allow Sasha and Bayley to team up once again, it's an option that WWE should definitely consider.
