When Extreme Rules became an annual WWE pay-per-view back in 2009, the company had to set some kind of example of things to come. One of the most bizarre matches to ever take place as part of a WWE pay-per-view was the handicap hogpen match.
The match took place between Santina Marella and Vickie Guerrero for the title of "Miss WrestleMania." Ahead of the match, Vickie revealed that her nephew Chavo would be wrestling by her side, which turned the match into a Handicap Hogpen match.

Chavo and Santina (who was really Santino) brawled inside a pig pen full of mud, which can't have smelt very good for the audience in the arena. In the end, Santina was able to knock Chavo out and pin Vickie to win back her "Miss WrestleMania" title.
The day went from back to worse for Vickie, who made her way back to her office following the defeat to find her "husband" Edge. The former 11-time WWE Champion then made it clear that he wanted a divorce.
