The Game faced his best friend at Summerslam 2002.

Ric Flair was attacked by his friend in 2005, but this wasn't the first time that Triple H had betrayed a long-time friend. He had kicked Randy Orton out of Evolution just one year prior, but it is his actions in 2002 that may be the most dastardly.

After reuniting with Shawn Michaels, who had just returned after a four-year retirement, the Game and the WWE Universe were shocked when HBK was found a bloodied mess in a parking lot, after being thrown through a car window.

Following weeks of speculation, the truth came out, that the Game had attacked his best friend, to prove that Shawn couldn't go anymore.

Though Michaels did return, upsetting his former friend at Summerslam, it was the Game who walked out, after assaulting his so-called friend with a sledgehammer post-match.
