The ladder match was definitely one of the best NXT matches of 2018 and was also one of the most brutal matches of the year containing a number of nasty spots.

In any other year, this could have been WWE's most extreme match of the year (since the PG era). If you haven't seen this one, you should go out of your way to experience the carnage.
The match was won by Adam Cole of the Undisputed Era, who himself had a great year in 2018.
