What if?
Believe it or not, we've all have asked ourselves that question at one point in our life and have no doubt also done so when it comes to pro wrestling as well.
Follow Sportskeeda for the latest WWE news, rumors and all other wrestling news.
Of course, there is nothing wrong with doing this especially since it can create some pretty exciting results, but sometimes, also creates nightmare scenario's as well.
Corey Graves deleted his Tweet! More details HERE.
For example, what if The Undertaker's opponent at WrestleMania 35 was John Cena and he actually ended up avenging his loss to The Deadman last year.
Not only would that create another unnecessary loss for a man that the company should have more respect for, but it also gives Cena his win back for no reason at all.
With that being said and WrestleMania 35 right around the corner here are the five biggest doomsday scenario's for WWE heading into The Show of Shows and how each will affect the pay per view.
As always, let us know your thoughts in the comments below and be sure to tell us now any what if situations you might have in your mind about WrestleMania 35.
#5 What if The Undertaker doesn't appear?
The Undertaker has appeared at every WrestleMania for over a decade now and while fans probably don't expect him to compete in a match, what if he doesn't appear at all. What if WWE finally decided to end The Undertaker's appearance streak at WrestleMania and move on as if he didn't exist.
Not only does this mean his final WrestleMania opponent was John Cena, which he beat easily in a three-minute match, it also means that he will likely never even appear at the show again.
If nothing else, this is the end of something special for The WWE Universe if its true and The Deadman will be sorely missed this year.
#4 What if Triple H loses
Is it game over at WrestleMania 35?
Fans probably hope not and also hope that Triple H is somehow able to overcome Batista, but what if he doesn't?
Furthermore, what if Triple H is finally forced to end his illustrious career in the ring? Sure, one could argue that there isn't much more for The Game to accomplish and his talents would be better utilized in NXT, but it would still hurt a lot to see him go.
Seriously though! As many times as fans joke about him using his position in the company to win x number of titles, there are also a plethora of times that these same fans geek out when he goes back into game mode. If nothing else, Triple H is that undeniably polarizing personality just brings the fans into it either way.
In the end, it would be devastating to lose something so impactful and that's probably why it feels too sudden when thinking about Triple H stepping into the ring one last time.
With that being said, however, his injuries, his family, his age and his accomplishments all point to him finally hanging it up at Mania.
#3 What if Brock Lesnar retains The Universal title
While the title probably should be what if Seth Rollins loses to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 35, the bigger question is what if the Beast Incarnate comes out the winner at the end of the match.
Of course, we all know it will mean more of the same from Lesnar and Heyman, but who exactly will be the one to finally dethrone him.
Then again, what even happens to Seth Rollins in this messed up scenario? Does he then battle Roman Reigns for the next couple of months to determine who will be the No.1 contender for Lesnar's title if he competes at Summerslam?
If so, where does that even put Drew McIntyre, Braun Strowman and Baron Corbin, who are all jockeying for position in the title hunt as well.
If nothing else, this creates a doomsday scenario for WWE and needs to be something the company avoids at all cost in order to please the fans.
Whether WWE does that or not remains to be seen and will depend on what they see as best for business, but the fans have made it very obvious what they want!
#2 What if Kofi Kingston wins The WWE title?
Seriously though? What if Kofi Kingston is somehow able to overcome the odds and defeat Daniel Bryan for The WWE title? Not only would this mark the company's first African American WWE championship in a long time, but it would also mean WWE now has to take the momentum created by Kofi Kingston and do something with it.
No more momentum, no more hype. Kofi Kingston would now be sitting on the top of The WWE mountain and the company needs to figure out what to do with him after once he finally gets there.
Sure, the company could just continue to paint him as the same underdog babyface who overcame the odds, but without layers, the story is going to get boring after awhile.
In the end, WWE has a chance to firmly establish a very deserving superstar at this year's WrestleMania, but the taller task will come after that when they decide what to do with them.
Keep in mind that having the crowd on your side is one thing, keeping them on your side with a very thinly layered story is another.
#1 What if Becky Lynch doesn't win?
This is going to be a hard one, but what if everything WWE put into Becky Lynch was just hype and Charlotte or Ronda Rousey walk out with the titles around their waist?
Not only would it be another example of WWE being too afraid to pull the trigger on a stars crowning moment, but it also puts the women's division back in the hands of the two women fans can't stand.
Beyond all that, it would show The WWE Universe that The company doesn't really believe in Lynch as much as they let on and were only using her versus Rousey as a means to an end.
Hopefully, none of that is true and Lynch is somehow able to come out the victor against Flair and Rousey at WrestleMania 35, but if not, fans are probably going to be as angrier then they were when John Cena made his entrance at ECW's one night stand.
