#4 Finn Balor
Finn Balor has had a fantastic start to 2019 as of now. From producing a stellar performance against Brock Lesnar to his match against Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush at the Elimination Chamber PPV, things look bright for the inaugural Universal Champion. While it seems that Balor is probably going to win the Intercontinental champion sooner than later, Balor has drawn criticism over his lack of credibility to topple big wrestlers.
At 5'11" and 190 pounds, Balor isn't any big as compared to other wrestlers on the 205 Live. However, size isn't the only problem when it comes to the Irish Young Gun. Balor's one-dimensional offense is one of the low points of his matches. While that could be attributed to his moveset being limited since joining the main roster, the lack of high impact moves in his arsenal surely takes a lot away from his matches.

Finn Balor also has struggled to have any sort of character apart from his Demon King form. His mic skills too leave a lot to be desired. Balor needs to work on his character so that the company can see him as a complete package.
