#2 Putting a fan on blast

CM Punk didn't take too kindly to a fan booing him during a promo.

Believe it or not, there was a time that CM Punk got so angry that he put a fan in WWE Universe on blast! Of course, Punk was angry after comments made by Paul Heyman about his personal life, but the way The Second City Saint decimated this fan was somewhat uncomfortable.

Things started out reasonably enough with Punk saying that the fan had the right to boo him if he wanted to, but dared him to step into the ring and do it. He followed that up by claiming that the second he stepped foot in that ring he was would render him a useless crying heap of a man.

After that jaw dropping moment, Punk claimed that he was pissed off and wanted to fight. He also continued to goad the fan into the ring by launching insults at him, which the crowd completely ate up. Punk finally brought things to an end by reiterating that he would destroy the fan in the ring while the WWE Universe chanted CM Punk!

If nothing else, it was one of those rare moments of knowing how to go off the cuff and be entertaining. It was also a nice blur of fiction and reality, thus why Punk is so beloved by his fans.
