If The Miz defeats Seth Rollins and Finn Balor at WrestleMania 34, he will almost certainly go on to become the longest-reigning Intercontinental champion in WWE history within the next month.

“The A-Lister” will surpass Pedro Morales’ 619-day record if he keeps hold of the title until the 30 April episode of Raw, and his only confirmed title defence between WrestleMania and that date will be at the Greatest Royal Rumble event on 27 April.

Should the eight-time IC champion lose in either of the upcoming matches, his next mission would be to equal Chris Jericho’s record of nine reigns with the title.
