The Hall of Fame induction ceremony is probably the one event which most fans don’t mind missing. Whether it be because they don’t want to sit and listen to induction speaks or because they just want to do something else with their time, the HOF tends to be forgotten about in the grand scheme of the week.
An interesting way to change that would be to hide five ‘golden tickets’ throughout the host city, before giving clues over social media as to where they are. The recipients of these golden tickets would be able to go backstage at the ceremony in addition to being able to walk the red carpet, meaning that they could meet a variety of legends from both past and present.
It would quite literally be a wrestling fan’s equivalent to entering Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory.
