In an SK Wrestling Exclusive, Damian Priest described how Edge went out of his way to give him a memorable moment during the episode of RAW after Royal Rumble 2021.

Priest received a pat on the back and a handshake from the WWE legend in a backstage segment. Many fans on social media pointed out the similarities between Priest and Edge's moment with John Cena and The Undertaker's infamous segment from the past.

Cena and "The Deadman" went on to wrestle each other at WrestleMania several years after the former became one of the most mainstream WWE Superstars of all time. It's currently impossible to predict how long Edge's current run will last in WWE. So he might be quite eager to help the company build new stars.
