Could Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon become the first tag team in WWE history to win both the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles and NXT Women's Tag Team Titles?

Former WWE NXT Women's Tag Team Champions Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon are quickly becoming one of the most popular female tag teams on the black-and-gold brand.

After NXT General Manager William Regal announced the creation of the NXT Women's Tag Team Championships, Blackheart and Moon defeated inaugural NXT Women's Tag Team Champions Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez to become the second-ever holders of the coveted championships.

But despite the positive response to their fun matches, Blackheart and Moon's NXT Women's Tag Team Championship reign was a relatively brief one. The dynamic duo lost the NXT Women's Tag Team Championships to The Way's Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae in a Street Fight on a recent episode of NXT on USA Network.

Since then, Blackheart and Moon have continued to team up, and they recently scored yet another victory over Kai and Gonzalez, the current NXT Women's Champion.

With a return to touring in front of live crowds beginning in July for WWE, some new names from NXT might get called up to freshen up Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown.

Blackheart and Moon would be a fine addition to the women's tag team division on either show, and they could certainly be the team to dethrone the current champions, Tamina and Natalya.
