Bryan could be regarded as the single biggest superstar who came out of NXT. Almost immediately upon his debut, Bryan began turning heads around and was elevated to the main event on SmackDown, winning the World Heavyweight title in the process.

The top storyline surrounding WrestleMania 30 was Daniel Bryan's struggle to the top, fueled by the "Yes Movement" that helped WWE gain tons of mainstream exposure. Bryan went on to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of WrestleMania 30, by defeating all three original members of Evolution.

Currently, Bryan is nailing his role as the dastardly heel who wants to save the planet in any way possible.
