Kushida is a 38-year-old wrestling veteran who competed in the first-ever episode of NXT Level Up. He's a former NJPW Jr. Heavyweight Champion, Ring of Honor veteren, and MMA fighter.
The Japanese superstar made his first appearance in WWE back in 2019. Due to his work in New Japan, he gained immediate support from the fans. He would go on to capture the NXT Cruiserweight Championship and hold it for a staggering 160 days.
Charlotte Flair to return and wrestle a CURRENT CHAMPION?
An interesting thing about Kushida's mixed martial arts career is that he never lost a single fight. Let's hope he can parlay that skill and fighting spirit in NXT Level Up.
#3. Tatum Paxley made her debut at NXT Level Up
Tatum Paxley was one of those superstars who was recruited during WWE's developmental tryout in the second half of 2021. She made her debut at NXT Level Up and teamed with Ivy Nile in a winning effort.
Paxley has associated herself with Roderick Strong's Diamond Mine stable and may play an instrumental role in the group's involvement at Level Up moving forward.
What you may not know about her is that she has previously competed in AEW. She contested a few matches on its weekly program AEW Dark under the ring name Xtina Kay.
