Otis Dozovic was brought in to William Regal's office as part of his investigations into who attacked Aleister Black. And much to the surprise of Regal, he made quite a confession. Sadly, it wasn't the confession that William Regal expected. It had something to do with a toilet seat.

However, Tucker Knight offered more valuable information to the NXT General Manager. He mentioned how Tommaso Ciampa was at the scene of the crime. Could the NXT Champion be the eventual attacker?
