Was the lighting against Stephanie McMahon at Payback 2014?

Back at Payback in 2014, WWE was having a few storyline issues, given the fact that their World Champion was unable to be cleared to wrestle, which is why they brought in his wife and allowed her to start a feud with Stephanie McMahon.

McMahon was about to fire Brie Bella from WWE before she decided to quit the company herself and even slapped her across the face before exiting the ring. McMahon ran from the ring and headed to the back after she realized that things hadn't gone her way, but as she ran to the back, there was a suspicious stain on the back of her dress.

It is unknown as to whether this was the lighting or the fact that the Commissioner of Monday Night Raw had, in fact, had quite a public accident.
