John Cena and Edge faced each other in some of the best matches in WWE history. The two wrestlers have obvious chemistry with each other, and over the years, both of them have had to evolve their wrestling styles.

Now, at a more mature age, John Cena and Edge could easily have some very interesting matches. Cena and Edge are very familiar with each other given their history and it would not take too long for them to pick up where they left off.

If WWE elects to book the two wrestlers against each other, the resulting matches could be some of the most interesting in a long time. Both would be veteran legends from another era of wrestling who knew everything about each other.

There could be multiple stories that they could tell in the ring, but the story of a possible unfinished rivalry due to Edge having to retire early, might be one that the fans get behind.

Even if they have both slowed down from before, any match they put on would be enough to keep the fans attracted through the sheer storytelling alone.
