In the 80s and early 90s, WWE used to put more focus on over the top characters, with a bunch of comedy acts sprinkled in between. The Bushwhackers were a comedy tag-team in WWE during the late 80s. Their antics included moving their arms in an exaggerated fashion. The duo was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2015.

Bushwhacker Luke can still be seen wrestling in the indies, at 72 years-old! On August 24, 2019, Luke wrestled in Southwest Wrestling's Go for the Gold event, teaming up with Action Jackson to take on Hardakus and Jaykus.
Duggan (65) is currently signed with WWE to a legends contract. Although he never won the big one in WWE, he was still an incredibly popular babyface during the late 80s and early 90s. His character of an American patriot was well received by the fans, and his battle cry "HOOO!" became popular among the WWE Universe at the time. He won the inaugural Royal Rumble Match in 1988.
Recently, Duggan was seen at the DWW Sunday Night Power Slam event, where he wrestled Gursinder Singh in a losing effort. He soon had a heart surgery and it's unclear whether he will wrestle again in the near future.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
