#1 The Undertaker - 55 years old (WWE WrestleMania 36 Night One vs AJ Styles)
WWE icon The Undertaker is synonymous with WrestleMania. The Deadman is widely considered to be one of the greatest performers in the PPV's history.
His fabled streak lasted for 21 consecutive matches until it was broken by Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania XXX in 2014.
The Undertaker has also competed in several main events at the Show Of Shows during his WWE career. His most recent one came last year at WrestleMania 36 Night 1 against AJ Styles in the cinematic Boneyard Match.
With WWE being forced to move WrestleMania 36 into the Performance Center, it was decided that AJ Styles and The Undertaker's match would become a cinematic presentation.
It utilized multiple takes, stunts, scores, and cinematic dialogue. Billed as a "Boneyard Match," AJ Styles and The Undertaker battled it out in the dead of night in a local cemetery.
After a physical match that included numerous outside interferences from The OC, The Undertaker eventually gained victory by burying AJ Styles alive. The Boneyard Match was critically acclaimed by the WWE Universe across the globe and is considered to be one of The Undertaker's greatest matches.
The Boneyard match against Styles also marked The Phenom's final professional wrestling match before his retirement later that year. He was 55 years old at the time of his WrestleMania 36 main event.
This beat The Undertaker's previous record, set at WrestleMania 33 when he faced off against Roman Reigns.
