Both Miz and Maryse live together in California with their two daughters, Monroe Sky and Madison. Maryse appeared on WWE television as Miz's valet in 2016, and this helped to develop Miz's obnoxious Hollywood character. She also helped The Miz to win by cheating on numerous occasions in different matches. They were the perfect couple made for the WWE Universe to both hate and love them according to the gimmick that they are portraying.
Currently, their relationship is not on-screen in one of the wrestling shows of WWE, although the Miz and Mrs show has become quite the hit.
