Bianca Belair could face an unlikely challenge from Carmella for the SmackDown Women’s title.
Carmella is one of the wrestlers on the current SmackDown roster who has been overlooked for a long time. Ever since she returned with Reginald at her side, she seemed to showcase that she could do it all. However, since then she has done very little on the main roster since her return.

While she has attempted to challenge for the title and failed, Carmella needs a run in the main title scene, even as a challenger, to keep her as a viable threat. Otherwise, she has lost too many times and the WWE Universe will have a hard time taking her credibly. As such, Carmella is an excellent wrestler and could put on some amazing matches if given the chance against Bianca Belair.
For the moment, however, it seems extremely unlikely that Carmella could even come close to winning the title. Her future remains up in the air on WWE SmackDown.
