#1. Edge vs Bobby Lashley
Yeah, obviously we're talking about Edge going after a different belt. But this isn't just about the WWE Championship, although it's a big part of it. It really has less to do with Bobby Lashley and more to do with Edge and MVP.
Take a look at this clip from WWE Raw a year ago.

Since then, Edge has moved past his feud with Randy Orton and seemingly came up short in his quest to take the Universal Championship off of Roman Reigns. But if Edge wants to regain what he "never lost" well... that's closer to the WWE Championship than the Universal. After all, the belt he contested for at WrestleMania didn't even exist when he retired a decade ago.
And don't think MVP has forgotten about what happened in that video above. Having his greatest client, Bobby Lashley, destroy the man he both considered a friend and offered his services to last March has to be incredibly satisfying.
On top of all that, an Edge/Lashley match would be something special. While Edge - who isn't a weakling by any means - has a strength disadvantage against the All Mighty, he's also a master tactician and, well, opportunist. The mind games he could play against MVP and Lashley alone would make for must-see television.
Edge vs Lashley needs to headline one of the major PPVs this year, if not next year's WrestleMania.
