If we are looking for a story, none would be as feel-good as a match between Edge and Daniel Bryan. It would be a story of hope, of two Superstars whose dreams were cut short. But they both fought through the disappointment to hear those three magical words, "You are cleared."

Both comebacks seemed unlikely, one more so than the other. Nevertheless, both, Bryan and Edge are back doing what they love. Their paths have turned out to be too similar for them not to cross. Again, Edge returning on Friday Night SmackDown would definitely drive the ratings up. It would end up being a classic as well, whatever story you want to tell in the match. Both men are excellent at pretty much all aspects of professional wrestling, making Edge vs Bryan a mouth-watering prospect.
If anyone could relate to Edge at this moment, it is probably Bryan. What a match this truly would be. And even if it does not happen for WrestleMania, WWE has to book it at some point.
