#2 A rematch with AJ Styles

This week Kurt Angle came to Smackdown and locked in horns with his long term rival, AJ Styles. A little into the match, Randy Orton attacked AJ Styles with an RKO, cutting the match short.

What if Angle wants to have a complete uninterrupted match final match with AJ Styles and hence challenge Styles for a rematch next week.

AJ Styles and Kurt Angle have produced a series of classic matches under Impact wrestling so their sole match under the WWE banner must not be wasted as a non-finish.

#1 Randy Orton

From his long term rival to the person who disrupted his match, Randy Orton. Randy is at an upper level on the card, which automatically makes him a viable opponent for Kurt Angle. There is small term story too if Kurt wants to continue with.

Orton was the one who interrupted his farewell tour so he becomes a logical next opponent for Angle and given the control that Angle has, in choosing his opponent, he may want to fight a top tier superstar on his way out.
