Finn Balor and Roman Reigns proved on the very first night they battled on RAW that they have incredible chemistry together. Balor won that first exchange, and in the battles since, Roman Reigns has been victorious.

Either way, going by their first match, there's no doubt that they can steal the show, and a match of this calibre would be perfect for the prestige of the Intercontinental title. It would naturally be ideal if Balor retained the title given how much it's been floating around from superstar to superstar, but it is WrestleMania, the event where Roman Reigns gets pushed the most.

Either way, there's no doubt that he would be a great Intercontinental champion and have a better run with the title. What the IC title needs is a lengthy run and a defining match, and this could be it.
