#4 The Revival
There are no two men that are more passionate about tag team wrestling than Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder. The Revival have been on a mission to make the tag team division the most talked about in all of WWE since their call up from NXT. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own, that just has not come to fruition.
Dawson and Wilder's issues with the company's lack of emphasis on tag team wrestling have been well documented. Their refusal to sign new contracts has been heavily reported. They're also on SmackDown. So why have I put them on the list?
Plain and simply they just belong on a show that could be centered around established veteran tag teams. Teams that could form strong rivalries and reignite the fires for WWE tag team wrestling that burned when the Hardy's, Dudley's and Edge and Christian were stealing show after show.
There are obviously some major hurdles that need to be cleared, most notably Dash and Wilder agreeing to new contracts with WWE. They appear to be off TV for the time being while they refuse to sign new deals. It's likely they are on their way out, but if WWE found a way to keep them, they would make great opponents for the Street Profits after the Superstar Shake-up.
