Bayley has dreamed of facing Stephanie McMahon inside a WWE ring since she was a kid. However, she has not yet fulfilled her dream despite her success in WWE.

The Role Model revealed in an interview with NBC Sports in 2017 that she would like to start a rivalry with Stephanie McMahon, similar to the one between Vince McMahon and Stone Cold Steve Austin:

“I’ve thought about that so many times. Even when I was a kid (laughs). When she was having matches with Lita, I was like I want to have matches with Stephanie one day. That’s one of my dream matches to be honest. If it could continue on, like you said with Austin and Vince, that would be so much fun, but I’m sure it’s a little much to ask for right now.”

Bayley and Stephanie McMahon teased a feud last year after Extreme Rules. The Role Model had helped her friend Sasha Banks retain her RAW Women's title against Asuka when she counted the pinfall as the referee. That did not go down well with the WWE CBO, who announced the following night on RAW that Sasha and Asuka would have a rematch.

The Billion Dollar Princess replied to Bayley's tweet with a "?". The then-SmackDown Women's Champion quickly responded with an apology to Stephanie:

"Hello ma’am that was just a typo ....i meant .....hope you’re done for the day....so that you can relax!! 😅😅😅 😬thanks for the opportunity!!!!!!

Bayley is one of the most entertaining characters on WWE TV today. A match between Stephanie McMahon and The Role Model would certainly be a must-see.
