Travis Banks began wrestling in 2009, performing in New Zealand. Banks has worked for Progress Wrestling, Defiant Wrestling, and Attack! Pro Wrestling. Banks performs for WWE at present. In 2016 Banks debuted for What Culture Pro Wrestling (Defiant). Throughout his tenure with Defiant, he performed against the likes of; Adam Cole, Alberto El Patron, Zack Sabre Jr., and Austin Aries.
During this year's UK Championship tournament Banks outlasted El Ligero, Aston Smith, and Joe Coffey. He narrowly lost to Zack Gibson in the finals. The following night he competed against Noam Dar, Mark Andrews, and Flash Morgan Webster. However, Darr one to become number one contender for Pete Dunn's championship.
Banks affords a legitimate fighting background and has competed in lightweight Sumo competitions, see video below. In conjunction with his wrestling ability, his overall skills are formidable. Therefore, the potential for excellent matches is high.
