Long before Shinsuke Nakamura and Daniel Bryan crossed paths in WWE, it may surprise fans to know that the pair were actually roommates in Los Angeles. Sharing a place with former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Lyoto Machida, the trio lived together and trained at the L.A. Dojo, though tensions were always high.

Neither Machida nor Nakamura spoke English well, and it was often up to Bryan to be a translator between the two. Though Bryan became good friends with the King of Strong Style, neither of them could see eye-to-eye with Machida, leading to some very heated arguments.
