Where does Charlotte Flair stand if she doesn't come away with the title at TLC?

While some might think it won't have much of an effect on things, especially since Flair is usually booked so well, but that hasn't been the case lately. Furthermore, Charlotte is fresh off a newly minted heel turn, which is only going to look bad if she comes up short against Lynch and Asuika at TLC

Beyond that, Charlotte Flair will likely lose in her rematches against Asuka and Lynch as well, thus making things worse and hurting her momentum before The Road To WrestleMania 35 begins. Then again, maybe WWE will eventually come through with Rousey versus Lynch versus Charlotte, at WM 35 but she will most likely lose there too.

In the end, things are not looking good for The Queen of Smackdown Live and WWE is going to have to be very careful in how they book her in the future. Who knows though! Maybe WWE will surprise us all and have something different for Flair to do, but the company is going to need to build up momentum to get there.
