#3 Sasha Banks and Bayley

These two women have been put in the storyline after storyline over the course of the last year and continue to do absolutely nothing with it. Beyond that, the way they speak during promos are incredibility stilted and unauthentic and they just can't seem to get the fans to connect with them in a feasible way
Unfortunately for The WWE, these are also supposedly the women that are going to be competing for the inaugural Women tag team titles, which is not a good choice if the company wants to give the belts momentum right off the bat. In fact, it could even trigger the outright downfall of the belt and the division completely
In the end, it just doesn't feel like Sasha Banks and Bayley are that fleshed out as characters and haven't seemed to grow at all over the past year or so. They also seem to be very one-dimensional character-wise, which begs the question of why WWE keeps giving these women TV time in their current state of disrepair.
