Mauro Ranallo, WWE Hall of FamerBeth Phoenix and Nigel McGuinness did a commendable job behind the commentary desk this week, as they do on most weeks. And then suddenly, out of the blue, their performance was interrupted by Shane Thorne.
Thorne used to be a part of TM-61 which then became The Mighty, which then became obsolete, leading Thorne to embark on a singles career. And he's doing a great job from the looks of it ruffling feathers and turning the NXT Universe against him.
I wonder if this potentially means that he will go up against someone like the Velveteen Dream or even Matt Riddle down the line because what he essentially needs is a breakout feud to get him over big time. I wonder if he'll be a big part of NXT on the USA Network, going forward.
