#4 Lex Luger vs Yokozuna
1993 was a crucial year for the WWE. The steroid scandal of the early 1990s hurt the image of the company in the eyes of many. Superstars like Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan were not as active or prominent in the company anymore.

The WWE had to push guys like Bret Hart, Yokozuna, and Lex Luger to the top of the card to fill in the gap.
The WWE decided to go with Lex Luger over Hart as it's top babyface and built up a feud between him and Yokozuna. The foreign menace Yokozuna, would go up against all American Lex Luger. Lex Luger would win the bout but not the championship.
His victory was a count out. However, this still prompted a celebration by Luger and other WWE superstars. He never pinned Yokozuna, didn't win the championship and accomplished nothing in reality.
