Give him a new, intriguing, non-title story

If wrestling says one thing about championships, it’s that you don’t need a title to be great. And perhaps that’s just what Cesaro needs – A compelling story. There are endless opportunities for WWE to go about this, but I’ve decided to focus on only a couple of ways.
Having Cesaro engage, as a heel, with AJ Styles, would be absolute gold. It could be a feud that has no meaning to begin with, but slowly and steadily has reasoning and motives, and both men can play off each other magnificently.

Perhaps if the story would run into SummerSlam, for a huge stipulation match between the two men, after months of back and forth, insult-spitting, assault-filled brutality, and doesn’t it sound perfect? I think it does anyway.
It’s been rumoured for years that Cesaro and Brock Lesnar would have some sort of match, especially considering Cesaro used to be a Paul Heyman guy (however briefly that was).
Maybe the feud should start in April, and be a lot of build-up, considering Lesnar’s limited dates, and have three matches in total – one at Battleground; one at WWE’s usual WWE Network exclusive event that Brock Lesnar is likely to be a part of; and (preferably a rubber match) the last one at SummerSlam.
It could benefit Cesaro in the way of just going toe-to-toe with Brock Lesnar, and could have Lesnar be up against a man of similar strength. Make it happen!
