#3 Former WWE RAW Women's Champion Asuka
Former WWE RAW Women's Champion Asuka has been one of the most consistent performers on Monday Night RAW over the past twelve months.
During a particularly difficult period of WWE producing television during the global pandemic at the WWE Performance Center with zero fans in attendance, Asuka shone as a bright spot every single week on Monday Night RAW.
During that time, the women's division on Monday Night RAW also saw the departure of megastars such as Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey from WWE television for a variety of reasons.
Despite the loss of such big stars, Asuka was able to carry the RAW division on her shoulders as it's champion for the majority of the past year.
However, Asuka recently lost the RAW Women's Championship to Rhea Rhipley at WrestleMania 37 Night Two. This loss was further compounded when Asuka was pinned by Ripley at WrestleMania Backlash in the RAW Women's Championship triple threat match.
Now it would appear that Asuka is firmly out of the RAW Women's Championship picture. One must ask what is next for the Empress of Tomorrow in WWE?
Zelina Vega has only managed male superstars so far in WWE. Despite being an active in-ring performer herself, perhaps Vega could be set to manage female superstars on the roster. Asuka utilizing Vega's business acumen and promo skills would certainly be a valuable asset for the former RAW Women's Champion going forward in WWE.
