Despite the pair currently at odds over the WWE RAW Women's Championship, Asuka and Mickie James have recently worked as a tag team against Natalya and Lana. Both Asuka and James are arguably two of the most talented members of the WWE women's division at the moment and it would be great to see the pair face off against Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax.

There is also a history between Jax and Asuka. Before Asuka's former tag team partner Kairi Sane departed WWE, she was attacked backstage by Nia Jax, giving Asuka fuel against the current WWE Women's Tag Team Champion.
Baszler has also claimed in the past that she wanted to be the one to win the RAW Women's Championship from Asuka so maybe the tables could turn, with Asuka wanting to take the Women's Tag Team Championships from Baszler and Jax?
If Asuka and James do continue to work as a team and contend for the Tag Team Championships, then fans are surely in for a set of fantastic matches.
