#1 Sonya Deville goes straight after the SmackDown Women's Championship
Sonya Deville's brief but eyebrow-raising return left many questions about her new purpose on SmackDown. There is no better way to make a massive impact than to go after Sasha Banks and the SmackDown Women's Championship.
Sonya Deville is the perfect woman to go after The Boss. Banks need a new, credible, and legitimate challenger. Her feud with Carmella was fun, and the match at TLC was way better than expectations, but the outcome of the match was never in doubt. A rivalry and match with Deville would add threat to Banks' championship and intrigue to the main event scene.

Deville is coming in hot from her return and needs to prove herself at the highest level in WWE.
Despite being in the company for five years, Deville has not yet won a championship, and after her tremendous run last year, she most certainly deserves it.
The only wrestlers on SmackDown anywhere near close enough to challenge Sasha Banks for the title are Bayley and Carmella, who have both recently fought with the champion.
Meanwhile, Bianca Belair is a babyface and recently teamed with Banks. Therefore, Sonya Deville is the perfect opponent for Sasha Banks heading into the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania season.
