#2 Edge returns and costs Randy Orton his blowoff match against The Fiend
Admittedly, the earlier scenario of Randy Orton being set on fire is pretty unlikely. That is because once his storyline with Bray Wyatt finishes, the one with Edge is set to resume. The Rated-R Superstar could be back as soon as Royal Rumble and is set to face The Viper in the third match of their series, at WrestleMania.
And what better way to reintroduce yourself than to cost your biggest rival a huge match? However, it isn't the greatest idea. While this would make for a fun surprise at the end of this bitter rivalry, the one downside to Edge returning and costing Orton is that The Fiend wouldn't get to win clean.
In fact, Edge could possibly be controlled by The Fiend and forcibly play a part in the Firefly Fun House Match that may happen. After all, he has been a big part of Randy Orton's past. Either this, or an appearance after The Fiend has defeated him, would work well.
Edge's interjection in the feud between Orton and Wyatt would be a solid set-up to his eventual clash with the 14-time world champion at 'Mania. However, if this happens, there may be one final twist in the tale.
