Kassius Ohno's run in NXT has been pretty strange so far. Having made his return to WWE in 2016, Ohno wasn't able to do much for the NXT brand and was constantly on the losing side in his matches.

Having portrayed the role of a 'Gatekeeper' in NXT, Ohno eventually cemented his heel turn in December of 2018 and following a loss to Matt Riddle, the former would depart from the black-and-gold brand and join the NXT UK brand instead.

During his run under NXT UK, Ohno won a few notable matches, but also suffered some vital losses as well, and considering his stock in the business, Kassius Ohno has somewhat been overshadowed in the NXT UK brand.

With the likes of Moustache Mountain, Gallus, and Imperium making a name for themselves in NXT UK, Ohno definitely isn't someone who should be left behind.

Therefore, having him join Imperium will not only give the faction a fifth member but would also help in Ohno getting a much needed spice that his character has been missing. This alliance could also lead to a mouthwatering NXT UK Championship clash between WALTER and Ohno in the near future, as well.
