2. NXT 2.0's Von Wagner

The NXT creative team also seems to be high on Von Wagner, as he has the size and looks that WWE typically likes.

He's still honing his craft in the ring and on the microphone, so he will need a program that accentuates his attributes, making a feud with Gunther an attractive possibility.

This match would create a similar issue to a match with Grayson Waller. Wagner would need a win, and that's not a likely scenario with Gunther joining the roster.

That said, given both men's sizes, they could present a series of ground-based, hard-hitting matches that showcase the strengths of both.

This way, Gunther can emerge victorious while helping make Wagner in the meantime.

1. NXT Champion, Bron Breakker

This is a match the creative team will likely move towards down the road. Bron Breakker is the wrestler they want to lead their brand moving forward. A showdown with Gunther is inevitable.

Breakker will likely go over in this scenario, so this match will only make sense once Gunther has been established the same way he was in the UK.

Also, as much potential as Breakker has, he's still very green, so WALTER would have to be ready to carry most, if not all, of the program.
