Just one asterisk amongst all this. Why is Roman Reigns still going to feature so strongly in a feud? There have been rumors that it's highly likely that Seth will face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania and the Roman Reigns leukemia Angle will be played heavily during the feud.

It's tough to say but at one point the audience is going to get put off by the consistent mention of Roman Reigns' condition and WWE regularly trying to piggyback off that.
