Brock Lesnar and Goldberg faced each other last at WrestleMania 33 in 2017

Another match-up that's happened before, Goldberg and Brock Lesnar have faced each other thrice in WWE, with their last meeting happening at WrestleMania 33, where Brock Lesnar defeated Goldberg to become Universal Champion.

That was also Goldberg's last match in the WWE, and he will return to the ring at the Saudi Arabia show in June, two years on from his WrestleMania 33 match.

With both Superstars part-timers, they may not be available to have a long program in the build-up to the Saudi Arabia show, but their past history, one that's well-known to most WWE fans, makes it an easy story to tell.

There is a possibility that Goldberg may also be a part of a Battle Royal match (if it does happen, like last year) and him winning the match will get a huge pop from the WWE Universe, and perhaps give the WWE Hall of Famer one final fell-good moment in the WWE.
