Batista made his much-anticipated return to the WWE at SmackDown 1000 as a part of Evolution, where Batista took a dig at Triple H and hinted that a match could happen between 'The Animal' and 'The Cerebral Assasin' at WrestleMania 35.

But Triple H tore his pectoral muscle during his tag team match against the Undertaker and Kane at Crown Jewel. It currently looks like the match between Triple H and Batista will not happen next year. This opens up an opportunity for the WWE to pit up Batista against Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 35.

This is a dream match for fans around the world and this is definitely a big money match. This match will make the event feel much more special and also garner mainstream media's attention which Vince McMahon loves.

Avengers 4 is also scheduled to come out in May, the month after WrestleMania. What better way to cross-promote than by featuring Batista at WrestleMania?
