5 possible outcomes for the Triple H and Sting confrontation at WWE FastLane

The long awaited debut of WCW’s biggest icon Sting, finally happened at WWE’s Pay-Per-View Survivor Series this past November. Sting came in and helped John Cena’s team win a traditional Survivor Series match, which in the end put The Authority (Stephanie McMahon and Triple H) out of power.Sting has been causing problems for The Authority since his debut, and this past Monday on Raw (2/9/2015) Sting accepted Triple H’s offer to a face-to-face confrontation at FastLane.Sting and Triple H are two of the most unpredictable characters in the WWE, and it is anybody’s guess on what could transpire at FastLane.

#5 Triple H proposes a match at WrestleMania 31

The most obvious conclusion to the confrontation at FastLane, would be the announcement of a match between Sting and Triple H at WrestleMania.

With all the problems Sting has been causing Triple H, a match at WrestleMania would be the most logical outcome from the confrontation at FastLane. Triple H said last Monday on Raw that he would give Sting a chance to walk away and leave with his dignity at FastLane. If Sting doesn't back down at FastLane, Sting vs Triple H at WrestleMania is inevitable.

#4 Sting gets assaulted by The Authority

When the face-off goes down at FastLane Triple H may try to manipulate Sting into thinking that he doesn't belong in WWE. Triple H could use the manipulation too bait Sting into a fight, which could lead to an assault on Sting.

The face-off could end with The Authority attacking Sting, and the last sight the WWE Universe could see is a broken Sting, flat on his back.

#3 The Undertaker returns

This could be the least likely, but probably the most popular thing that could happen at FastLane.

If The Undertaker were to show up what role would he play? The Undertaker has not been seen since last years WrestleMania, where “The Streak” was finally broken by Brock Lesnar. This is the time of year where The Undertaker usually makes his return, but with “The Streak" broken the only question now is will he?

The Undertaker could show up at FastLane to help Sting, if The Authority decided to attack him. This could lead to a potential team-up at Mania. A team-up between Taker and Sting could be epic, it may not be what everyone wants to see, but it could be epic

What could also potentially happen is The Undertaker could turn heel. Now this is not likely to happen, but a heel turn for The Undertaker could lead to the match everyone wants to see – Undertaker vs Sting.

The chances of The Undertaker returning are slim to none, but if he does the WWE Universe will be buzzing for weeks, because finally Sting and The Undertaker will be under the same roof.

#2 Randy Orton returns

Another potential return for FastLane could be Randy Orton's.

If Triple H were too order an attack on Sting, Randy Orton would surely be the one to come to his aid.

A few weeks before Survivor Series Randy Orton turned his back on The Authority because he was tired of doing Seth Rollins dirty work. The Authority took Orton out and he hasn't been seen since.

If Triple H were too use the face-to-face confrontation as a sneak attack on Sting, then it would be a perfect time for Randy Orton to get revenge.

#1 Bray Wyatt attacks Sting

For weeks Bray Wyatt has been sending cryptic message too someone in the WWE, but just who has yet to be seen. Many people have speculated that The Undertaker is the one that Wyatt is speaking too, but the cryptic messages could also be directed at Sting.

For no apparent reason Wyatt could come out and attack Sting, and at the end simply say “I found you.” The attack could end up being something Triple H planned, or just a seemingly random act by Wyatt.

If Wyatt does show up during the confrontation at FastLane to attack Sting, it would definitely lead to a match at WrestleMania.
