Maybe this is not the scenario WWE is possibly looking for, but you could never rule out the possibility. Seth Rollins was the best thing to happen to the IC title, and ever since he became a Grand Slam Champion back at WrestleMania 34, he has helped to raise the profile of the Championship as well as of other superstars over the past few months.

But if they're heading in this direction, then it will be worthless because now the title won't do him any good. If he really wants to defeat Ziggler, then he has to dive back into his 'old bag of tricks'.
He really needs to get into some higher level feuds. He has already made the most out of the title. If they want to make Rollins champion, then it will certainly be a clean win.
Maybe we'll see Rollins hitting 'The Curb-Stomp' to win the title, or Ziggler delivering some 'Zig-Zag's' - Rollins may win or lose, but we are sure to witness an 'A-grade' match from these superstars.
