#3 Not enough opportunities
This heartfelt tweet sheds light on two major aspects: 1) the company isn't paying attention to performers, and 2) there are not enough opportunities for them. With these two in sync, it is a no brainer that the wrestlers who once wished to work with the WWE are willing to walk out of the company and knock on other doors for an opportunity.
The fact that Cody Rhodes always gave creative ideas, and wanted more creative freedom which was not looked into, it made him walk away from the company and be a part of AEW. While AEW's first show is still far away, his performance in the independent circuit and his new character has made others a believer in him.
This is what the wrestlers need, and the company should look at that. While NXT has Triple H in charge, Vince McMahon commands the main show proceedings, and that's where a lot of talent issues have occurred.
