#2 The Money in the Bank briefcase gives Lesnar a reason to show up on Raw and it is benefitting the WWE

It might be surprising for some fans but WWE’s ratings are increasing ever since Brock Lesnar won the Money in the Bank briefcase. He has been appearing a lot more than we thought he would and it’s proving to be good for WWE. Is it an indication that Lesnar would not cash-in anytime soon? Paul Heyman may have answered this question.
"I think you’ve already seen more of Brock Lesnar than I think people had any right to expect by the middle of May. Certainly, nobody called this shot. Since Brock Lesnar is about to announce the title he is going to focus on, I think you’re going to see more of Brock Lesnar in 2019 than you did in 2018. How much more? Again, why spoil the surprise?”
If Lesnar cashes-in his contract and becomes a champion, then his appearances would become rare because he wouldn’t have to defend the title on Raw and Heyman builds his feuds up. But, he can continue making appearances frequently to provide updates on his Money in the Bank cash-in.
