Long before he returned to WWE, fans had been very vocal about wanting to see a match between MMA superstars Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar, even if it was in a scripted environment. What if Brock Lesnar's return to WWE, this time around, happens for the United States Championship?
While some fans may see it as a step down for Brock Lesnar, remember how John Cena elevated the status of the United States Championship during his memorable run? Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley could go to war at WrestleMania for the US Championship, giving fans the dream match that they've longed to see for a long time.
I am a big fan of Bobby Lashley and the way I’ve seen how he could be book as been put on display for this entire year. He was a underrated Breakout Star in 2020 and he looks dominant and is dominant. MVP serves as a perfect ‘Heyman’ if you will. WWE Title run for Lashley I hope! pic.twitter.com/PX7Ks5sM3S
Imagine the promo battles we could see between MVP and Paul Heyman if this match came to pass. Bobby Lashley has been booked dominantly as a member of The Hurt Business. For the first time in his current WWE run, it looks like he could potentially take Lesnar on in a battle of the bulls if the contest did come to pass.
